Data is securely deleted or anonymized after the retention period ends.
10. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting us at support@kwickin.com. Upon confirmation:
- Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- Any active subscriptions must be canceled via the App Store or Google Play
- Certain data may be retained if legally required (e.g., invoices, transaction history)
Deleting the App alone does not cancel your subscription or delete your data.

Subject to your jurisdiction, you may:

- Request rectification or deletion
- Object to or restrict data processing

- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

12. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and secure hosting. No online system is 100% secure, but we continuously evaluate and upgrade our protections.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Significant updates will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
15. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
While we cooperate with data protection regulators globally, we do not accept liability or financial penalties outside India unless required under Indian legal authority.
